Ireland’s oldest National Park is over 26, 000 acres and embraces mountains, lakes, woodland, and waterfalls. It is home to native red deer, otters, Pygmy Shrews, Irish Hares, Badgers, Foxes, Red Squirrel and no surprise therefore, that it’s a designated Biosphere Reserve since 1981 (UNESCO).
